At TRUEEYE SYSTEM, LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and transparency in all our security monitoring services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply to our different subscription and payment options.

 

1Month-to-Month (No Contract) Policy:

-  Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of their initial payment.

-  Service may be canceled at any time with no penalties or additional fees.
- Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which they will automatically stop.

 

2.  Contract Subscription

Customers who sign a service contract receive a discounted monthly premium in exchange for a fixed-term commitment.

Policy:

-  A full refund is available within 24 hours of the initial payment.

-  After 24 hours, customers may cancel at any time by paying the equivalent of three (3) months’ service fees from the date of cancellation.

-  No refunds will be issued for prior months or services already rendered.

-  Once cancellation is confirmed, service will stop immediately at the time of cancellation.

 

3.  Prepaid Plans

Prepaid plans are one-time premium payments for a defined service period. Policy:

-  Eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

-  Customers may cancel at any time; however, no refunds are available after the initial 24-hour period.

-  Services will stop immediately upon cancellation.

 

4.  How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To initiate a refund or cancel your service, please contact our support team directly. Customers cannot cancel their subscription through the website or account portal.

2.  Provide your full name, account details, and the subscription you wish to cancel.

3.  Confirm your cancellation with the support representative.

4.  Your service will be stopped as of the cancellation date, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

1.  Send a message to support@trueeye.us with the subject line: “Refund / Cancellation Request.”

2.  Include your full name, account details, subscription plan, and reason for cancellation.

3.  Our support team will confirm receipt and process your request.

4.  Your service will be stopped as of the cancellation date, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

5.  Exceptions

-  Refunds are not available for services rendered beyond the 24-hour initial period unless otherwise required by law.

-  Promotional or discounted services may be subject to additional terms specified at the time of purchase.
